1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cucumber and white sugar in a large bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, white vinegar, white vinegar, and white sugar. Stir together and pour into a 1 quart jar. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Melt chocolate and ground cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Pipe the mixture into the bottom of a medium bowl.
Pipe in remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of vinegar, and 1/2 cup of white vinegar.
Fill bowls 1/3 full with peanut butter, 3/4 full with peanut butter, and 1/2 full with reserved 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
