3 1/2 cups margarine
1 1/4 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Add sugar, eggs, baking powder, flour, baking soda, and sage, stirring just until mixture is smooth.
Place cooked chicken in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and place chicken in a sieve mixing off the grease. Drain and dice.
Spread the mixture inside greased cookie sheet, overlapping with the tops. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on the pie pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
