1 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar for garnish
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Slice pork into 1/4 inch thickness. Place in an aluminum foil lined casserole dish, pour sauce over pork, and cover with aluminum foil. Place dish in refrigerator overnight.
When the meat is done, drain off liquid from pan. Mix honey and brown sugar in small bowl. Whisk brown sugar mixture with remaining 1/2 cup molasses and vinegar.
Garnish pork with remaining marinade mixture.
