1 batch Dutch oven oven baking mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
3 cups chicken broth
squeeze the dough together
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, oregano, onion powder, basil, rosemary, sage and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the oven, and mix lightly.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from oven and crack the fattier side. Brush with egg yolks while baking.
