1 (9 inch) pie shell
4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add cream cheese and sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Stir in lemon juice.
Pour mixture into pie shell. In a medium bowl, stir together whipped topping and pie crust. Spread mixture over pie, then sprinkle with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining cream cheese over top of pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until set.
