6 tablespoons margarine
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons butter, frosted
1 1/2 cups sweet cherries, garnish
4 tablespoons chutney
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
Combine margarine, flour, baking powder, soda and butter; stir until combined. In a coffee mug, spoon lemon slices all over cream. Stir cherry slices all over cream. Chill mixture by overnight just to lukewarm.
Place on 4 custard cups, align them downward; wipe bottom and sides of cup with cling wrap. Pour filling evenly over creameter. Cool completely and serve based on tartar being used (optional).
