4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup rye flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and shortening in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Stir in milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
