Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (3 ounce) packages instant orange flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup crushed pineapple or orange slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or grease and flour two 9 inch square baking pans.

Place pudding mix in the bottom of the prepared pans, and beat until blended. Pour 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture onto the pie crust. Spread half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon remaining cream cheese over pie; spread on top with remaining pie. Garnish with remaining blueberries.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the vanilla pudding mix and cream cheese mixture. Stir in pudding mix (if desired). Set aside to cool and wrap sides of pie.

Spread half of the crushed pineapple over the pie. Garnish with remaining blueberry. Chill in refrigerator.

Refrigerate pie until serving time. Garnish top of pie with strawberry licorice.
