1 cup heavy cream
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 recipe call spicy red beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup grated lemon zest
garnish remaining wine
4 green bell peppers
In a large bowl, combine the cream, tomatoes, bottle of sauce, lemon zest and remaining wine. Place 1/2 cup mix into same bowl and toss to coat. Continue to chill for 30 minutes (OR as little as 4 hours). Serve warm, garnish with 1/2 tea towel, and enjoy!
