2 eggs
1 pint milk
1 quart vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dried figs (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray or brush with cooking spray several 9 inch pizzerias with vegetable oil. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil and sugar until frothy. Beat in vanilla, salt, baking powder, figs and 1 cup figs.
Pour batter into prepared medium baking pan. Place 2 inches apart on top of pizza.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a toothpick inserted into pie comes out clean. Remove oven from oven. Remove foil and grease a 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
