2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chili-flavored liquid smoke flavoring blend
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
