1 pound turkey breast meat
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbroiled chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon salt
1 lime, sliced into rounds
1 (16 ounce) bottle honey fresh fruit flavored pomace
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 fluid ounces orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the turkey, garbanzo beans, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken, shrimp, chicken, salt, pineapple and honey fruit juice. Mix together well. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl.
To serve, place 1/4 cup tuna in a large bowl. Combine salad greens, pineapple, honey, vinegar and orange juice. Mix together.
