2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained then cooled
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 tablespoons grated orange rind
1 3/4 cups pie crust dough
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll out pizza dough into 12 sheets and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together condensed milk and eggs. Stir in whipped topping until well blended. Stir in pineapple and crumble total. Chill 12 hours or overnight before serving. Sprinkle remaining pecans over top.
