1 cup butter
1 (4 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant whipped cream
1 (16 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1/2 gallon orange juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a large bowl, mix butter, lemon gelatin, lemon pudding mix and lemon juice until smooth. Shape into small balls. Place on a nonstick surface. Press jelly into the center of each piece of ladyfingers.
Bake in preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Cool completely and store in airtight containers.
