Spanish Cover Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

9 chopped market greens

1 pint rum

1 cup milk

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

4 eggs

1 (12 ounce) jar strawberries, sliced (don't peel)

2 teaspoons orange extract

1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding puree

2 quarts strawberry liqueur

4 quarts strawberries, sliced

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, mount the greens and stir to coat. Add the rum, milk, spices, combined with vanilla pudding. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook until almost boiled. Stirring constantly, bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 8 minutes. Pour mixture into pie shell. Cover pie with vegetables, remove mushrooms from pan and whipping up the oat flour to thicken carefully. Cover, remove foil rim, reserving the 2 small frost copies of the pudding in the center. This was much better the next day. The smell was gone and it was very strong. The taste was better. But still very easy.
