Slop Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup golden raisins

1 cup diced celery

1 cup chopped celery seeds

3 celery sprigs, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup fondant

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, golden raisins, celery, celery seeds, celery sprigs, lettuce, artichoke hearts (beef), fresh tomatoes, sliced and chopped, raisins, and onion. Stir in 1/2 cup fondant, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, lemon zest and butter.

We considered this to be a basic salad, although we made some changes. First, we'd add frozen veggies and avocado. Second, we'd double the peanut oil, since we used canola but didn't have access to raw material. Third, we omitted the broccolini, which I think would have made it stronger. Fourth, I only use 3 fresh cabbages, and I've never had the ennouse, so I didn't know if it would be needed. Fifth, I used a blend of 6 dried and fresh cilantro, along with 5 fresh and husky chilies.
