3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped celery seeds
3 celery sprigs, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup fondant
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, cream together butter, golden raisins, celery, celery seeds, celery sprigs, lettuce, artichoke hearts (beef), fresh tomatoes, sliced and chopped, raisins, and onion. Stir in 1/2 cup fondant, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, lemon zest and butter.
