1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberry preserves
1/2 cup butter lettuce
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, whisk together blueberries, raspberry preserves and butter lettuce. Heat a medium skillet over medium low heat. Add the blueberries, relish, mustard and lemon juice and toss in. Spoon mixture into sandwiches and serve immediately. Mix fruit with a spoon and serve on its own.
