2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms with green chile peppers, drained
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.
Stir in mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with salt and olive oil, and mix well. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with tomatoes and mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Turn over and bake 40 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with olives.
