1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon coffee flavored extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, butter and sugar until smooth. Mix egg, vanilla and lemon zest into the creamed mixture. Stir lemon juice into the creamed mixture with a spoon, then pour remaining creamed mixture over everything.
Bake in preheated oven until pie is golden, about 25 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese mixture with lemon juice in small blender or mixer bowl until smooth. Chill mixture in refrigerator. Spread sauce over pie.
