1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until desired strength is reached. Remove from heat.
Place chicken pieces in a large baking dish and mix well. Pour oil into dish and stir to coat. Sprinkle with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and place on a plate with juices. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the dish; spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
