Zesty Chicken Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

3 slices fresh ginger root

4 celery stalks, finely chopped

2 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried sage

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add vinegar, garlic, onion, ginger, celery, marjoram and salt and sage to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

Stir ketchup into a medium bowl. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover and simmer 15 minutes more.

I have 4 customers and they love this cookie. I added raisins in the mix but only 1/2 cup orange zest. I added white sugar at the bottom of the cookie, but only used 1/2 cup. We all ate them but cautioned against the cookie drying out too fast. It sat well with the crust for hours and hours! I will try with the brownies.
