1 pound ham, sliced
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham slices in a large bowl. Cream together cream cheese, mushrooms, melted butter and vanilla.
Place mushroom slices in a separate large bowl. Add egg and mushroom mixture to ham mixture and mix thoroughly. Place mushrooms in a separate large bowl to serve.
Bake ham in preheated oven until mushrooms are firm, about 45 minutes.
