2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup oil for frying
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
4 (3 ounce) servings frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Place ingredients in a medium bowl. beat well for 5 minutes, then beat 1 minutely with a fork until smooth.
Fry cookie dough and cream cheese until almost smooth, 4 to 6 minutes.
