1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 (32 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (2 liter) bottle cherry pie filling
1 cup strawberry sherbet
fresh strawberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and milk. Beat in the pineapple, lemonade concentrate and lemonade pudding mix. Stir in eggs and milk mixture until well blended. Combine chocolate syrup, butter, vanilla and strawberries in large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Pour filling into prepared pans. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
