2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
In a small mixing bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, oregano, cloves and cumin. Mix well and form mixture into a ball. Place ball almost in an inverted cone shape (it should be about 1/4 inch thick).
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
