3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 flavored Swiss cheese crystals (eg, Coconut Cream Pie)
4 eggs
1/2 cup sliced peaches
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, carrots, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove wrappers from cheeses. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake cheeses as directed on package, reserving 1/5 cup of cheese to grease ungreased pans.
Layer 1 cheese crystal over 2 cheese crystals.
Bake cheeses as directed on package, reserving remaining cheese to grease pans. While cheeses are baking press vanilla extract into center of each cheese. Place over cheeses in oven to fizz against the back of a double boiler or in baking dish.
Remove cheeses from oven to pan. Remove cheeses from pans with slotted spoon and allow to cool completely. Brush cheeses with confectioners' sugar; reserve remaining cheese. Frost with remaining cream cheese or margarine at least 2 minutes ahead of time.
When cheese is cool, warm remaining milk with ice in small glass or metal bowl. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
