1 cup white sugar
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Mix in salt, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in jalapeno peppers, cumin, and onion mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until salsa is finished.
