2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, lemon juice, cheese and salad dressing until smooth. When the mixture has started to thicken, mix in the sour cream. Spread the mixture onto a disposable flat surface. Frustrate the cheese by lightly pressing the cheese into the egg mixture. Roll the balls in the egg mixture.
Allow cheese to set up on a large or floured surface. Cut each one into 5 pieces. Roll the cheese into balls. Place the balls in a bowl and roll in the olive oil.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with margarine, stirring occasionally, until golden and golden brown.
