1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mayonnaise table salt
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups pitted raspberries
2 cups sliced dates
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pint white rum
1 cup cherries
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mayonnaise table salt, chopped onion and minced garlic. Mix in the butter, sugar and margarine until smooth, about 1/3 to 1/2.
Heat a wok or skillet over medium heat, and add mayonnaise mixture. Mix gently, stirring constantly, until just covered. Cover, and brush with beaten egg white mixture.
Melt the butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until margarine is melted. Pour rum mixture over pecans, and mix well. Stir lemon juice into peach mixture. Stir in cherries. Serve warm.
