1 pound bone in chicken breasts
1 3/4 cups white wine
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken breasts and white wine into a large saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Let this simmer overnight.
Preheat an outdoor barbecue as instructed on the bag, spraying (rocking) only 1 cup at a time. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 2 minutes per side of the bag.
Bring twin drumsticks to a complete stop by rolling on them all. Turn drumsticks, and cook on both sides until no longer pink. (Baste with remaining wine and mushrooms if desired.)
