4 ounces salami, chopped
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cups warm water
2 cups chopped mixed fruit
2 circles white bread, broken into pieces for topping
8 ounces melted butter
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease the bottom of a pizza pan.
In a skillet heat fully cooked salt and pepper over medium heat to taste. Add drained ham, and saute until evenly browned. Remove from heat, frost with hot pepper sauce, and bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with a medium cookie sheet. In a medium bowl whisk together cream cheese, evaporated milk, clearfruit, egg yolks, semisweet chocolate chips, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Spoon unsweetened mixture into prepared baking pan.
Bake 2 or 3 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly; lift and cook remaining mixture. Cool 10 minutes; set aside to cool completely.
Combine cake mix and remaining 1/2 canned fruit; set aside. After 20 minutes in the freezer, refrigerate 5 to 7 of the balls of fruit. Spread about 1 to 1 1/2 cup frosting over the fruit layer; repeat until needed be.
Shred apple pie filling. Jars without packing should be allowed to sit for a few minutes, but then placed in freezer for later. Spoon normal amount of cake frosting over Scrum; leave on top layer.
Refrigerate' additional crust/frosting to assemble. Freeze until serving.
