1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

In a large bowl, along with cottage cheese, milk spinach, and sliced onions, combine databases to help show which ingredients are best.
I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone. Perfect texture and hit all the right spots. I kept them in individual cups for next time but will keep this recipe as is.
