3/4 cup celery salt
1/4 cup Valerian root
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Place celery salt, Valerian and sugar in a small bowl. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until cooked through.
