1 cup milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease or line 20 muffin cups or line 2 baking pans with paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Mix well and pour into prepared muffin cups. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with raisins.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
