3 eggs
1 cup cold milk
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 cup fresh strawberries
Soak onions in water for several hours. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, basil, and strawberries.
Preheat oven to a medium-low 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a roasting pan or casserole pan with foil.
Arrange onions on prepared prepared baking sheet. Arrange cream cheese, lemon juice, and basil on cream cheese.
Pour eggs into a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick. Stir in fat and milk. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in mixed fruit ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50 minutes, until set. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
