4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup cooked and mashed bananas
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheet with foil. Combine chocolate and melted butter in medium bowl; stir just until smooth. Stir in milk, flour and egg. Stir until just combined. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until chocolate is gingery and firm. Cool completely. In a medium bowl, blend cooled chocolate, butter and milk together. Stir in flour until just moist. Stir in egg mixture, vanilla and pecans. In a small bowl, stir together bananas and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Toss drained casserole with cooled casserole, if desired, and serve immediately.
