3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons water
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 egg whites
1 egg yolk (optional)
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cooked, crunchy cornflakes cereal (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 1/2 cups of loaf pan or bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, mix milk, sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, water and flour. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Should be dry, not sticky, but not watery either.
In a large bowl, combine the flour mixture and salt; stir into the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Turn dough out onto large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place on a lightly floured surface. Form dough into loaves. On a lightly floured surface, roll the loaves out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Make sure to maintain even baking
