4 (3 ounce) packages instant white chocolate pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup butter, softened and chilled
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup drained cottage cheese
1 egg
4 tablespoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with foil.
In a medium bowl, stir together pudding mix and flour. Slowly pour milk into pudding mixture, whisking constantly, until pudding is smooth. Stir in butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Gently stir in cream and cottage cheese. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Toss with egg and vanilla extract. Bake in preheated oven for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
