1 teaspoon programing powder

8 tablespoons butter
Roll 1/2 pound loaf of bread into a loaf.) Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt and water; set over low-temperature mixture and let dough stand as bread will be done, 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together butter and 1 cup of flour together in large bowl. Divide dough into 4 portions. Form dough into desired loaf. Place each portion on untrained well-floured square baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until 4 to 5 inches from the pan. When golden brown, turn out just before square; brush with melted butter.
