6 boneless pork chunks
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon bouillon granules
1 tablespoon mixed seasoning
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon powdered dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a large baking sheet.
Place pork in a greased 4 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with shallots, bouillon, mixed seasoning, and dry mustard. Mix well and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes per side, or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
