Rayna's Mac Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices processed cheese food

1 cup sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 cup chopped celery

Directions

Preheat oven broiler.

Place processed cheese food in a medium bowl. Mix well. Spread 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture on the center of each tortilla. Roll individual tortillas lengthwise into 1 inch rakish ropes. Wrap each tortilla tightly in plastic wrap, and place into a baking sheet on the prepared baking sheet.

Broil 5 minutes, picking up browned bits as they cook. Cool completely. Spread mayonnaise evenly over soft tortillas, and set aside. Spoon bread cubes into 10-inch square baking pan.

Spread remaining 1/2 cup of cheese mixture onto the remaining tortillas, wrap around a wooden spoon, and spoon to fill. Place first tortilla over the bread, then lettuce, tomato, vinegar, bell peppers, garlic, and taco sauce.

Transfer remaining burger mixture to ring pan, and sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons cheese over the top. Cook 5 minutes, until steaming.

Bake in preheated oven for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden.

Slice thin, serve with cheese sauce, and enjoy.
