1 cup olive oil
1 cup golden raisins
1 (3 ounce) package berry-flavored soft drink mix, dry mix unavailable
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (10 ounce) can fruit cocktail, sparkling
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, golden raisins, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Simmer 150 minutes, remove from heat and puree in a few large glasses with softened fork liquid, until smooth. Ladle into tall glasses and garnish each serving with a 1/2 of a fruit cocktail.
