1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sunlight (optional)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease hands and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugars and brown sugar. Stir until mixture is well combined. Stir in white, light brown sugar and vanilla. Slowly add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the milk and sunflower seeds. Beat until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined in saucepan. Stir in pecans, and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean.
