Mushroom Bisque Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 pound large fresh mushrooms, sliced

3 eggs

1 (12 ounce) can beer

2 tablespoons whiskey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Melt chocolate in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in mushrooms. Cook until lightly heated.

Beat eggs in a large bowl until light yellow. Whisk in egg mixture. Stir in beer and whiskey. Continue to beat until all ingredients are well blended. Blend in garlic powder and pepper. Pour over mushroom/cheese mixture and set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Stir in sausage, sausage, and eggs; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
