2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, diced
1 pound dried minced onion
1 cup dry white wine
2 stalks celery, diced
2 onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 green bell peppers, diced
2 pounds cooked corn, uncooked
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup white sugar
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple, onion, wine, celery, onion, pepper and peppers. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 2 to 40 minutes, until tender.
