12 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup blue stock
2 eggs
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish.
In a dish or bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, blue stock and eggs. Mix all together and pour to cover.
Place the smoked steak in a heated oven for about 1 1 hour or until the internal temperature has reached 180 degrees F (80 degrees C). Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
