3 brine sprigs fresh dill
1 teaspoon crumbled bacon
1 small fresh curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup white wine
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
In a wide mixing bowl, combine the dill, bacon, curd cottage cheese, white wine and garlĂ spice, salt and pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator, and return it to the dressing while you boil the vegetables.
