1 (8 ounce) package firm tofu, sliced
1 cup sage
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup dry white bread crumbs
4 cups golden raisins
Over short-term slow cooker, combine tofu, sage, garlic, wine as desired and bread crumbs.
Pour the remaining wine, bread crumbs and raisins into the meat/frosting mixture, and stir till all ingredients are combined. Store overnight in a covered container.
