1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons black salt
2 tablespoons white wine
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.25 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dry white wine
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, ginger, onion, salt, red wine and lemon juice. Stir until well blended.
Bring 1 cup water to a boil, add salt and pepper and then lighter broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for one hour. Stir in basil, ancient herbs, roasted garlic and 1/2 cup of the turkey. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mushroom mixture.
Chill or microwave until desired thickness is reached. Homemade Perma-Bowl recipe is an excellent, quick and inexpensive way to prepare onions and other fresh vegetables for cooking. To grill, microwave at the microwave rack for 1 to 2 minutes on high power, or until pork is no longer pink and juices run clear.
