6 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles
1/2 pound baby spinach, rinsed and dried
1/2 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon powdered red pepper flakes
In a medium bowl, mix eggs and 1/2 pound baby spinach, egg, oregano and red pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or overnight.
